Refund & Return Policy for Zenith

At Zenith, we want customers to shop with confidence while maintaining fair policies that allow us to continue offering quality pet products at competitive prices.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Products must be in resellable condition
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and pet health reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened pet food or treats
  • Used pet accessories
  • Grooming or hygiene products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products

Zenith reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, damage, or abuse.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify the customer regarding approval or rejection of the refund.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a return does not meet our policy requirements, the item may be returned to the customer at their expense.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.

Chargebacks & Abuse Prevention

To protect against fraud and abuse:

  • Zenith reserves the right to deny refunds to customers with excessive return activity
  • Fraudulent chargebacks may be disputed with supporting shipment and delivery documentation
  • Returns that violate this policy may be refused
